Join us for the debut of Other People’s Poetry, {open}’s first open mic series!

Poetry is best heard out loud, but most readings and open mics tend to focus on self-authored poetry.

In an effort to explore the poetry genre and the breadth of its published and unpublished authors, we are introducing a twist on the open mic.

To get down with this OPP, you can read any poems you like, as long as they were not written by you.

You can read ee cummings, Dylan Thomas, Keats or Homer. You can even read your friend who’s is sitting in the front row. You can read anything, even song lyrics.

As long as it wasn’t written by you.
